And what did I do today? Went for walk and found a horse! Oh, how I miss the smell (I know, crazy) and sounds from a stable.

Poor grammar and wrong prepositions they must endure.
Honking and hiding
I chose glamour filter for these pictures. Don’t ask me why. Maybe I needed some glamour after standing in a cow pasture (tripod in a dropping (dry one! (Thank God for that!))) watching birds for an hour or so.
Or maybe for hiding the lack of sharpness.
Anyway, this was my first bird-photo-session. Fun but difficult. The birds didn’t want to cooperate, they were not sitting still. Or floating still. The flapped around, honking and hiding.
Stupid birds.
No, they were beautiful!

After a Paris trip with only a cellphone as photo equipment I’m dusting off my Nikon. Feels good! Used a 55-200 lens and paparazzied this little friend through my living room window.
Champs-Élysées in all its glory
but coffee in the morning sun, in my own back yard, is hard to beat.
I was going to suggest
the Tourist Office that they should take down the trafficlights on Champs-Élysées. They are in the way when you want to take a selfie with Arc de Triomphe.
Then I changed my mind.
