No straight angles, just patina. Beautiful Pasage de la Paz in Barcelona.

“Tell us about your first day at something” is WP’s Daily Post about.
This pic was taken today, on my first photo walk with my new lens! A precious christmas gift, now tested in a sunny but windy Stockholm.
Well, this very nice gift can not correspond to my dubious behaviour during the year, so I guess Santa is not that picky.
The other day I sat with my monkey, contemplating life – and my blogging. Nothing came out of it.
Today I read WordPress’ Daily Post. “What change, big or small, would you like your blog to make in the World?” Oh boy, the question came back to me again.
Think… Think..Think
1.World Peace
1. Stop the global pollution
1. Make a fortune (no, not a “change to the World”. (Scheisse.))
1. Make at least one person smile today
WP’s Daily Prompt is about waiting, “Good things come to those who wait.” Do I agree?
No. Good things may come to those who wait.
Sometimes we wait and wait, only to be run over and get a nose bleed.
I don’t understand sports. Or Sales.
The Daily Post is asking for “Strange conversations” – here you go:
Overheard from the nursery:
The 6-year-old sadly: I have tiny pockets on my pants.
The 4-year-old: Nope!
The 6-year-old: Yes, they are super tiny, look!
The 4-year-old firmly: Nah they are big. You can put bugs in them.
The 6-year-old: Noo, that’s not possible.
The 4-year-old upset: Oh yes, you can! You can put small bugs in them! It’s possible, for sure. I promise!
6-year-old: No, that’s not possible.
Etc. … for 5 minutes more
Taking on the Daily Post about the seven cardinal sins: I propose ‘narcissism’ to be number eight. Why? Well, I do not have time to answer that question right now. I’m busy (link to Youtube).
The Daily Post Challenge: If I could be a famous person for a day – who would it be?
Since I’m from Sweden (the land of Restrained Feelings) I’d say Greta Garbo. Then I could act out my whole drama-Queen-register and when things got too dramatic – I would just turn away and sigh “Leave me alone”.
Picture above (now for some reason deleted from my blog) edited in Snapseed with “Retrolux” filter.
I saw this installation at Arlanda Airport a couple of months ago – I call it The contained croc and the flower shock.
Eeeeh, lets see… I can sense a feeling of restrained beaut… no. Perhaps I can see a fragile touch of wilder… no.
I sometimes find it very hard to contain a feeling I call Laughing out loud. (And that’s my answer to the Daily Post.)
Greetings from Sala, somewhere in the south-middle-something in Sweden.
Since I’m a small-town-girl the obvious answer to the Daily Post is: Ullis, the saint of Hot Rods.
Taking on the Daily Post Challenge: 3 questions that gives me a chill.
What is your goal in life?
What do you want to accomplish?
Is it okay to write about just anything?
