It’s late summer in Sweden, and yesterday I made the most of it by taking a walk on Djurgården and a coffee break in the sun outside the best café in town.

How to open a coconut
1. Pick a coconut, or buy one from nearest grocery store.
2. Drill a hole.
3. Say hi to your new friend (don’t get too attached).
4. Cut it in two halves.
5. Watch as the elderly work.
6. Oops! Wash… and eat.

My day in 2 pictures
I tried to smooth over today’s miserable cooking with a glamour filter. That did not help much at all.
Then I went to the playground and took a swing on the swing – or however you say in English. That felt better.
I pick my control stops carefully
It’s difficult to focus on map reading when you stumble across delicacies all the time.
Today I choose
to take pictures and eat instead of improve my orienteering skills.
Oh well.
