I was going to suggest
the Tourist Office that they should take down the trafficlights on Champs-Élysées. They are in the way when you want to take a selfie with Arc de Triomphe.
Then I changed my mind.
Lessons learned
I hate to take selfies, nothing looks natural. However, one thing I learned today is that if I have the camera in front of my face I don’t have to pout. Good thing.
I also learned that I turn my head slightly left/down when looking through the lens – I can see that from this pic!
That’s why I can’t get my horizon horizontal.
Note to self: small step for mankind, one giant leap for me.
Halloween selfie and a zombie question
American friends (all others too of course) – tell me how to spend a proper Halloween. I’m a bit lost, Halloween is a quite new phenomenon in Sweden. If (I say IF) I let the kids go out for a give-me-candy-right-now walk, what are suitable tricks for 7 year-oldish zombies?
