I congratulate your country! May I ask – the herring is that pickled herring?We in the Netherlands eat herring too, pickled and also raw and salted (because of the salt is is fermented somewhat.) I love it, but it’s not everybody’s taste. 🙂

Yes, the herring is pickled and comes in different flavours – garlic, curry, piri-piri, lemon grass… you name it! 😃
